100% SWers - 1 day at a time :)

100% today- still have a HEB too :)

any ideas for free food snacks- i tend to eat a lot of fruit... melon, blueberries etc.. wondering if i may be overdoing it?? Help!

Cut up some celery, carrot, pepper, cucumber & mushrooms into sticks & dunk it extra light phili cheese dip (mix 0% greek yogurt, phlili cheese & crushed garlic together to make dip)....you can have a 100g of EL phili cheese on green.....hope this helps.

I lost the plot yesterday, 5 alpen light bars disappeared at about 10pm. Gone just like that. grrrrr.

Anyways...100% today 7.5 syns done, enough left for an options hot choc later. No more alpen lights in the house ;o)
 
Day 1 of 100%- went to first weigh in and lost 5lb!!! Im doing 6/7 100%s this week as im taking my bro out on friday for dinner so will save some of my syns :)

Eeeep just scraped 100% today, full 15 syns used.

BUT I'm in!
 
Altogether including yesterday where I used 3 syns Im still on 100% i think!
Ive just been out for lunch and had:

Diet Coke = 0
Beef= HEB
Cheese= HEA
Refried Beans= 0
Salsa= 1
3 28g Corn Tortillas = 13.5

Im so proud!

It was a triple decker tortilla thing full of refried beans, salad with salsa on top. In the middle there was jalapenos and soured cream which I ate around (yay), I had no starters or puddings which I ALWAYS had and instead nipped to Asda and bought myself an apple :D That means I left food on my plate (about 1/4 of the tortilla with the soured cream) which I havent done for years!!!!! EEEEE very happy!!!

So therefore still 100% :)

Of course it is, 100 % is sticking to plan and enjoying between 5 and 15 syns. Well done for completing day 2. :)

I have just completed a 100% week and keeping everything crossed for tomorrows wi.
 
I've ruined it so worried about wi would love my 1/2 stone but need 2lb so not sure I've done my best!

I have 1 main problem, if theres bad food in the house I want it and have no willpower to stop myself. I can't get rid of it though as my oh is an ex-anorexic so I keep high fat things in our flat!

Help?! Also McDonalds! Healthy options?
