And what a brilliant job you are doing, seeing you do so well has helped to keep me focused. I have just completed day 4 at 100% which is good for me as i usually go off plan at weekends.

Is it okay I join in? Have been messing around the last couple of weeks and not really keeping an eye on my syns. So I hope that having a place to report to might help keep me focused.
