Feeling really horrid and struggling with constipation (probably more info than you all need but what the hell). I think it was the scan bran. Feeling bloated.
 
I hope there is room for one more. I haven't been on here for ages and neither have i been following my diet!! My bf propsed last week making him my fiance (excited) and until i shift 3 stone i can't even contemplate planning a wedding, so here we go. I love SW green days so i am back to group this coming Wednesday and will be starting again. I look forward to geeting to know you all better.
