I am finding it hard to be TS and am thinking of doing ws some days and TS when I can, when I am at work next week i think it will be easier
So I am going to disappear from this thread as my TS score may not be too good!

Good luck, I really struggled yesterday and had to have many chats with myself, i was surprised i sis not cave in, but my size dress is looking at me and I must wear it on 24th Jan because that was my goal so managed to stick with it.

Spectacular fail today On the bright side I lost 2lb at my weigh in...back tomorrow on the wagon for DAY 1....swam for over an hour but I don't think it could mop up an extra 1500 calories!!!! Not going to slide again..lesson learned and moving on :cry:
