1000 (step3) diary

No... It's just what they say on tv on programmes like secret eaters , supersize v super skinny etc 2000 for women, 2500 for men. . I'm sticking to 1500 per day but @ wekend i have alcohol & maybe meal out. It seems to keep me the same weight. I'm done with all steps now. Just finished 1 week of real food without a diet plan. I suppose I'm calorie counting but not strict. I'm having 3 healthy meals a day plus fruit, LF yoghurt & 1 treat ie quavers, special k bar, etc. I've not got the appetite I had before CD & I'm not craving anything at all. It's like I've lot interest in food, I eat when I'm hungry & it's just fuel. Very odd. How are you doing?

It's the perfect way to be. That's what food is. Simply fuel. It's when it's more we're in trouble. I'm doing ok. Working up just eager to get to target now x
 
Hi Kez,

Have just joined CD today and my consultant put me on stage 3 as only want to lose 1/2 stone.
I was going to have a egg slald sandwich for lunch but she has told me no bread.
but i noticed on your diary you were having bread is this right ??
