Ok I'm back after a mad binge & feeling sorry for myself week.

Fatter than I was before.

#Day1of100

Will update each day again & I am aiming to complete it this time.

I know I will have the odd day here & there off plan but I am not going to allow that to defeat me again.

Lunch - cappuccino shake
Dinner - roast chicken & vegetable soup
Snacks - 2 belvita bars, 1 weetabix bar
Drinks - black coffee, coke zero, water

Done & dusted!

Lunch - chicken & chorizo soup, melba toast
Dinner - roast chicken & vegetable soup, 2 x melba toasts
Snacks - 1 belvita bars, thai crackers
Drinks - black coffee, coke zero, water

I really hope so honey.

Going to view a nice flat tonight in a new area. New start!

Fingers crossed we get it, there is a gym around the corner.

Gonna try & see if there is a zumba class or something I can go to like 3 times a week so that will defo help.

Dinner - chinese chicken chow mein, 5 chips, prawn crackers, full fat coke
Snacks - 2 belvita bars
Drinks - black coffee, coke zero, water

Was determined to stick to plan & not go to overboard.

Had planned to go for a chinese, not order a starter & have a healthier main & for the first time in EVER I done it.

Ok might have nabbed a few wee chips off the husbands plate but I am not perfect.

I am like a savage when it comes to Chinese food!! I reckon I can eat 2500 calories in one sitting :))

Haven't done it since I've been majorly on this diet but I could easily do it!! Shameful! Lol
 
Oh you could just go crazy!

I usually have all these great intentions then as soon as I smell all that yummy food just order in loads.

Chuffed to bits that I managed to just limit myself.

I was stuffed anyway & I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I've been the same recently too , when ordering food if the other half gets a take away I just get something healthier from there. It makes you feel more in control of your choices too doesn't it :) xx
 
I have been feeling really rubbish today, pounding head, felt sick.

Finished work till Sunday now so time to relax & get over whatever this actually is.

On a plus note my husband had a dominos pizza & I had my WW chicken lemon risotto with some Melba toasts.

Yayyyyyyyyyyy, result.
