    Almost made it through #Day1of100.

    Happy happy happy, had a busy day & finish at 1.45pm tomorrow!

    Cannot wait, gonna head home early tomorrow & get my washing done then lay out the back & read xxx

    Breakfast - herbalife shake
    Lunch - herbalife shake
    Snacks - raisins & nuts
    Dinner - chicken fajita tagliatelle, 2 slices of seeded bread small loaf
    Drinks - coke zero, black coffee

    Weight - 16st 5lbs

    Feel good today, little bit hungry tonight. Actually not even sure its hunger feelings I am going to finish my bottle of water & take myself to bed with my kindle.

    I start work at 8.30 tomorrow morning & finish at 1.45 - so excitedddddddddddddddd.

    Also find our tomorrow if I have been made permanent in my job that I started earlier in the year - keep everything crossed for me!!!

    On another note my neighbours barbecue is ok fire right now!!! Gonna have to go chap his door so that I can be sure he doesn't bloody burn my house down.

    Dinner - chicken arrabiatta pasta, 3 small slices of seeded bread
    Drinks - coke zero, black coffee

    Weight - 16st 5lbs

    Yesterday was great.

    Finished work early & would have normally went wandering about the shops, munching on greggs of mcdonalds then home for dinner.

    None of that happened. I went home, read my book, had a bath & my shake munched on some grapes.

    Giving myself a challenge is really going to help.

    Had a wee early finish today & thats me finished till Monday! Woo hoo.

    When I left work I was so tempted to stop off & pick up something for lunch - this would never have been something healthy.

    I'm a bit of a secret binge eater so usually when he is out I grab a big load of naughty food & stuff my face before he comes home.

    I am soooooooooooooo glad I never done this today was a bit of a struggle to get through but I did it.

    Taking this one day at a time but baby steps all the day will help I think.

    Dinner is in the oven so once I have had that I will give you my day 3 update in full.

    Brekkie - shake
    Lunch - shake

    Dinner - prawn linguini, seeded bread
    Drinks - water, coke zero & black coffee

    Now onto day 4. This is when the challenge starts cos its the weekend.

    For some reason I feel its a good excuse to stuff my face & drink too much.

    Time for that to change.

    First real challenging day but it went good. Not 100% but then everyday can't be that anyway.

    Brekkie - shake
    Lunch - weetabix oat & milk bar
    Snacks - 70g salted popcorn
    Dinner - chicken fajita pasta, seeded bread
    Drinks - ww hot chocolate x1, volvic coco pineapple water x2

    Today will be much the same I hope!

    Not much planned still lazing in bed, gonna get up head out for the weekly shop then home to tidy up & watch Tour de France.

    Hello Dolly. :) You're plan sounds very similar to mine (Exante Working Solution,) shake for brekkie, shake for lunch and a low carb evening meal. The aim is approximately 1000 cals per day. However I do have an extra 5 coffees a day too (which I have milk in... naughty me.)
    I am on day two today and it has been very stressful for personal reasons... if I make it through to tonight with no stress related binging the day will have been a great success.

    Och Tess stress is the worst thing you need wen trying to be good food wise.

    Yesterday was a bit of a blip for me to be honest.

    Will post my update in a minute.

    Weekends are always the struggle for me & I need to get it under control.

    I know it's not gonna happen straight away but with a conscious effort I am goin to hopefully have this sorted by the beginning of August.

    I don't mind having one wee day a week where the plan is not perfect cos I think you need that you know to keep you sane!

    Anyway keep in touch will be good to know how you are getting on.

    Ok so being honest here day 5 was a write off.

    Trying my best to get back into the zone for day 5.

    Brekkie - costa cortado, lemon tart.
    Lunch - Giraffe restaurant brunch
    Dinner - 70g popcorn & haribo
    Drinks - 1 can of coke, 1 rekorderlig.

    Actually that doesn't look as bad now I have written it down.

    Will update later.

    Not the best nutritional day but hey still relatively low in calories. My OFF days are obscene. I maybe eat 2500 calories in one binge.

    Get straight back on the wagon, you can do this. One bad day does not equate to one bad week. xx

    Brekkie - Costa latte, cheese scone with lurpak
    Lunch - Nothing
    Dinner - Mediterranean bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Prawn & chorizo paella.
    Snacks - Popcorn, Haribo, Cornflake cakes
    Drinks - coke, Cider

    All terrible terrible terrible

    Back on it today.

    Hi dollyrocker!

    Don't know how I missed ur thread for almost a week cos.I check minimins daily!!!

    I love your idea of #100herbalifedays. I have Been doing the plan since April and have lost a stone. Iv come to abit of a halt and having secret binges, im going to climb aboard ur #100 day thing and start tomorrow (today has already been a write off.....) iv STS for two weeks now and need to get back on track.

    How long have since u first started herbalife? How u finding it?

    Iv got some days to tackle coming up, a family reunion this weekend (saturday being in a pub all day!) And then im goin back home to visit friends and family for 10 days eeeeekkkkkkkk.

    Any way, lovely to follow ur journey and I hope u dont mind me pinching ur 100 days Idea :)

    I find it so hard when I have plans with friends or family or just even at the weekend when I have some time on my hands.

    I suppose its a boredom thing or just a really bad habit that I have gotten used too.

    Today has been a good day though will post my update later.

    Not too bad a day.

    Starving this morning, gonna have another black coffee see if these hunger feelings go away.
