    I found this brilliant book - worth looking out for.

    By Mimi Spencer - £12.99

    101 things all about changes you can make ie. If you're peckish, brush your teeth & Order 1 pudding and 2 forks.

    Just a really lovely book all round.

    I stood staring at rows and rows of dieting books. I was extremely confused until I spotted this one - I think there is a lot to learn from it. ;)
