Going for something a little different today... :)

Sunday 06/06 - Green!

Breakfast
- 1 slice of toast (1/2 of Healthy Extra B 1) with 1 tsp Flora Light (1 syn)
- Baked beans in tomato sauce

Lunch
- Cucumber, carrot, celery, fine bean, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and potato salad, with a mixture of salad cream, light mayo, and extra light Philadelphia (2 syns)
- 1 slice of bread (1/2 of Healthy Extra B 1) with 28g mild cheddar cheese (Healthy Extra A 1)
- Apple, pear, banana and orange fruit salad

Mini Second Lunch
(I don't make a habit of mini second lunches, it was just unavoidable!)
- Rice with 28g chicken (2 syns)
- Cucumber, carrot and lettuce salad

Snack
- Apple, pear, banana and orange fruit salad
- Muller Light Yoghurt

Dinner
- Spinach cooked in 1 tsp fat (1 syn)
- Cucumber, carrot, celery, fine bean, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and potato salad

Snack
- 28g Special K Sustain (Healthy Extra B 2) and chopped banana with 150ml skimmed milk (Healthy Extra A 2)
- 2 Kit Kat Fingers (5.5 syns)
- 200ml skimmed milk (Healthy Extra A 2)

Total syns: 1 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 5.5 = 11.5

Looking back at my first Green day, I've realised how much I took EE for granted! Didn't find it toooo difficult but I should probably have had the cereal as lunch or dinner, and kept the late evening snack as something light. Oh well, you learn something new every day :)

Went to Asda but it was shut! Should have had the common sense to think 'it's 5pm on a Sunday', but was too hungry for Alpen Light Bars, lol! Love themmm!! I think I'm gonna go and stock up on atleast 4/5 boxes tomorrow :D But for now, Gilmore Girls! xxx

Monday 07/06 - Green

- Spaghetti
- 85g tuna (Healthy Extra B 2) in 2 tbsp light mayo (4 syns)
- 28g Cheddar cheese (Healthy Extra A 2)
- Cucumber

Snack
- Apple, pear, banana and orange fruit salad

Dinner
- 55g chapatti without fat (5.5 syns)
- Spinach made in 1 tsp fat (1 syn)
- Cucumber

Snack
- Cadbury's Highlights (2 syns) made in 200ml skimmed milk (from Healthy Extra A 1) and the rest water
- 4 Morning Coffee biscuits (4 syns)

Total syns: 3 + 4 + 5.5 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 19.5 syns

Still on track with syns for the week me thinks :) Yup, 13.5 for tomorrow... Think I may have an EE day! The excess syns today were not intended buttt...

Woke up today feeling soooo hungry! I'd forgotten what that felt like! I think it was because of the exercise last night... Going to do some during the day and some at night also, so I have a better chance of reaching my 160km target :)

Tuesday 08/06 - Green

(If I hadn't had the Flora, I could have saved 2 syns! Good point to remember for next time!)

- SW chips, baked beans in tomato sauce, and 28g Cheddar cheese (Healthy Extra A 1)

Dinner
- Ross's Boil in a Bag in Butter Sauce (2.5 syns)

- Cadbury's Highlights (2 syns) made in 350ml skimmed milk (Healthy Extra A 2)

WI in the morning... Very excited! Haven't been to group in ages and the Wii insists I'm under 10 stones!

Had a crappy day so no Wii time. Did half an hour walking.

Really not sure of the syns in the shawarma, have definitely overestimated, will write off all syns left over from the past five days and stick to a max of 15 tomorrow... Hoping to have a day with no meat! Can't bring myself to eat the other Alpen Light Bar, just feel like I've eaten way too much today :(

Halfway through the month and almost half way to achieving 160km in June :) Not bad, considering I started the challenge a week late. Hope it's paid off, want to see another loss this week to motivate me and a gain will probably set me back a bit, seeing as I've been putting quite a lot of effort into my running and walking. Will try to up the 21 mins Wii Fit time to maybe 41 before sitting down with my mug of SC Mint HC... Sounds so good, like melted Mint Aero Bubbles... Ahhhh...
