110 day countdown - CD Weight Loss Diary

Today I've had x2 tetra x1 bar & loads of water but had a skinny latte at lunchtime so not so good :-( - & still soooooo tired so off to bed in a minute
 
Day 24 & official weigh in tom - although my scales have not moved since Tuesday - do still only showing a 2-3lbs weight loss even though I have been 100% since Sunday. I must admit this diet completely baffles me as I could have lost this much weight on a conventional diet - having approx 400 cals a day I would expect the weight to be dropping off me - very strange & I will speak to my CDC Tom about it - although she herself weighs about 20 stone so it doesn't exactly fill me with hope that cd even works long term...moan over... Thank goodness it's Friday :)
 
Silly me - it's not day 24 at all - that's for my non smoking!!! 94 days til slimness :) - so that will make it my 18th day on cd ss x
 
Day 19 & official weigh in today - my own scales have not budged since Tuesday so not expecting much - but it's very disappointing :-(
 
Whoop whoop 13lbs in 18 days x happy with that :)
 
Day 20 today - did go off plan yesterday as took my LO out for lunch & also ate - but healthily - also have a works meal today that I can't get out of - so again will make healthy choices / back to it 100% from tomorrow & hoping for a small weight loss by Saturday still.
 
This diet is sooooo unforgiving!!! Sunday - lunch - cd bar, dinner chicken salad, sorbet, yesterday - breakfast cd bar, lunch - tuna salad, bananna & natural yoghurt - real world = healthy choices - cd world = 3.5lb weight gain! Well it's made me realise that for me it really is an all or nothing diet - my weight losses are slower than most people on here & some of you seem able to eat/cheat on cd & still lose wright. It's shown me if I eat anything = massive weight gain! In one respect it quite worries me as to what is going on with my body & will I ever be able to eat normally again? for now though all that matters to me is to be slimmer by April so back to it 100% - mini goal to be another stone slimmer by the end of Feb...
 
So far banana bliss & peanut crunch bar, 2 litres of water & 3 peppermint teas :)
 
More water & a vanilla shake... Early to bed to stop myself from veering off plan as I realise today & the next 2 / 3 are going to be awful again :-(
 
I think this is day 22 & it's all just become a bit boring & tedious - its not even like I'm having great big weight losses each week & this week I have only lost the weight I put on from eating x2 healthy meals... so is it really worth it - I'm not sure it is for me - vlcd obviously don't suit everyone & cd doesn't seem to suit me - think I'm going to look into ww or sw as these seem the most popular diets on here - until then I'll carry on with cd just to use up all my products if nothing else..,

Why don't you wait til then then see how you feel and think about what to do then?
