I am an 18 year old guy, I weigh 306 pounds. I began a <1500 calorie per day diet 7 weeks ago. Since then I have lost 12 pounds with little exercise.
Now I am ready to begin exercising and shedding the weight. I want to drop 116 pounds by June 2014. This may seem extreme, but I am very young. So I think this is a good goal.
My main reason for wanting to lose weight, mainly, is for myself and my health. But it would be great to buy some nice normal clothes, and to actually be an attractive guy.
I am not sure how populated this forum is, but I will drop-in an update here each week. Would love to discuss stuff with anyone in here too!
