11lb down in my first week on WW!

I can't believe it
i am thrilled skinny!!!:D
I pointed everything
drank 3 litres water a day and walked a lot, but I didn't expect such a huge loss for my first week, even the leader was shocked:)
thanks for such great support and I am only posting since Sunday!!

blimey thats amazing! a lot of ppl dont do that well on a VLCD in 1st week! wow...good on ya!!

I know its an awful lot for my first week:D
but then I think my body got a complete shock
out with junk food and sitting around:mad:
in with healthy eating and walking the legs off my body!!!
I do really think the walking really helped and pushing a double buggy has to add a bit extra;)
 
i bet the water intake helped a lot too! whatever it is u r doing, keep on doing it! i hope u get a great result this coming week too xxxxx

Can I be a pain and ask for an outline of what you ate. I've been doing CD for 2 weeks, but the shakes and soups are starting to turn on me. So I'm thinking of swaping to WW.

breakfast: no sugar alpen with skimmed milk

lunch, salad and chicken, salad and salmon, rice and prawns, one of each!

Dinner: fish and rice/pasta/potato lots of vegtables

3 litres of water a day

snacks, rice cakes and hummus, crackers and low fat cheese, low fat yougurt etc

walk one hour a day
