Yeah I was to be honest. Had a disastrous weekend in terms of SW but great weekend in terms of eating out and drinking. 1st of many hen nights on Saturday night plus a few drinks on Friday night as well which meant I was hungover on both Sat and Sun and didnt eat enough food except rubbish!!!

Well when its special occasions you know that its always going to be tough to have a drink and stay on plan, good that you were expecting it though and know what happened so you can go for a good loss this week! Have you got a gap that you can get back on track before the next one? Hangovers are trick as i only ever fancy junk try eating an orange - as much as you wont fancy one it helps with your body as its craving vitamin C. Tried this on Sunday and was able to eat a decent lunch

Ive never been to a hen do before my sisters just got engaged so hopefully will get to have one with her

Aw thanks. Think I would have been ok if id had the energy to make some food but didnt bother so ended up in chippy! Actually took longer to get than if id made it myself!!! Lack of planning on my part also. I could have factored in the indian and drink by flexi-synning if id been sensible!! I know the damage I can do now over one weekend so know in future I will be planning if ive something coming up - like my 30th birthday next week eeeekkkk!!!!
