At my sisters wedding last sept I danced in public for the first time in years and through the panting and the sweating I LOVED it!! So I fully intend on getting out there and doing it again when I'm closer to my goal. I can't wait

I'm feeling all positive tonight & I'm actually excited to start the Xmas challenge of losing 50lbs by Christmas! I feel like it is achievable and that it will make a huge difference to how I look & feel (which can't come soon enough).
I have planned a weeks worth of meals all of which are well under my cals. I have also signed up to do Zumba & aerobics as well as a couple of long dog walks (weather permitting).

50lbs will be a great difference. You'll drop a size or 2 and walking and just living will be easier as you'll be that much lighter. It's a great feeling, I can't wait for you to get there and feel it too xx

i have always been this way if people had a problem with my weight i use to think they should not look i have not asked them to starebut last year when i saw the pics and i had stopped smoking to a year before that i thought wow girl your one big mama and that was it i went in my shell for a months did nothing about it got told off a friend i would always be fat and thats it i came out fighting and back to my old self again i would never ever hurt anyone like that i mean we all have things that we dont like about ourselves but to say wot they did well they will swallow there words then i found out tonight the dr have put them on a list to see the dietcian what goes around comes around lol so trim keep in there love come on out we will hold your hand till your ok we will get you back to the old trim i promise people can be horrid and it does chip away at you and it hard to get back but you will love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Had a good day! Started taking my cereal to work because I just don't feel hungry first thing in the morn but if I don't take my breakfast by mid morning I'm on a full blown biscuit rampage lol !
Taking some cereal or fruit is working out well
Already made my lunch for tomorrow. A nice healthy tuna pasta salad

I'm going to keep this brief as I know everyone is doing so well & I don't want to ruin the good vibes! But today has been rubbish!!!! Don't get me wrong I'm still under my cals but I feel crap!
I was called fat not once but twice today by two different people at two different occasions! It just feels like a kick in the stomach not to mention I was so humiliated!
