Hey guys!

I did this diet some years ago with good results. Now, I live in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and have decided with my friend that I will shed 15kg using this diet. I bought all my stuff from the Cambridge shop here in Dubai this week and today is day one! How long do you think it will take to lose this amount of weight on SS!?

However fast it turns out to be I think I'm right in saying this IS the faster healthy way to do it.

Most people lose a stone or more in the first month, and then usually 3 pounds/week but this can go a lot quicker for some and a little slower for others.

On SS excersize doesnt make it faster. Ur not consuming enuf kcals to excersize really.
Dont forget the weeks of steps up to maintenence once uv lost ur weight too! X
