15st 5lbs to 12st - My Journey - now 14/st 10lbs :)

    On the 21st Jan 09 i was 15st 5lbs and since then i've lost 7lbs. I've done this through jumping between WW, Cambridge, SlimFast and sensible diet and exercise. Not healthy i know...

    I'm trying to make good food choices right now and as weekends are my downfall, i've decided to take 2 shakes and a meal for Sat/Sun. That way i won't get myself into an emotional mess over food during those 2 days ONLY!!

    I bought the Light Choices 12 serving Tub which you mix with milk, never had it before so we'll see how it is tomorrow and i'll let you know.

    On a positive note :) it's great to be under 15st ;) Like i said, my aim is 12st. This is because i remember last summer getting down to 12st 5lbs and i felt great! Ok, so i want to shift an extra 5lbs :p

    I don't really have a weigh day (except every morning :eek:) but when the scales do move down i will change it on here.

    I wouldn't reccomend weighing everyday its not very helpful when the weight fluctuates from day to day and it could make you obsessed with it and demotivate you, I usually set small targets and its so motivating when I'm close to the target.

    also try to stick to one diet rather than chopping and changing you might end up not looking forward to the weekends because its out of routine.

    All that you say is very true! Trying to get my head in the same place is the problem. I'll get there one day :) For now i'll keep going till i find myself in a place where i'm comfortable ;)

    Yesterday i had porridge followed by a shake for lunch and a shake for dinner. The single shakes taste lovely but these ones you make up with milk is for me a totally different story! Not nice!!

    I'm going to stick with it as the one IMPORTANT thing they have over the single shakes, for me is, wow, they filled me up and i wasn't hungry inbetween each shake!!

    My last shake was at 6pm but at 10pm i found myself having 2 packets of Quavers crisps, 1 WW Carrot Cake, 2 WW Mini Brownies and a Maryland Bar - Doing WW i'd be on 21pts and yesterday i had 18pts and this morning i was 1lb lighter so i'm happy :)
