16 stone 8 vs Slim & Save

Hi beauts!

Day 1 of my restart - 100%

10:30 milk chocolate truffa bar
5:30: spaghetti pack w 200g vegetables
8:30 chocolate shake.

After my lion king escapades this morning I ended up taking my cousins and niece and nephew to a soft play area! Stayed there most of the afternoon which kept cravings at bay :D

2l of water so far, plus teas & water for pack/shake.

Bring on Day 2!!!

Day one always fun!
Take a shake when you oder a large black coffe in a cafe or restaurant, chuck it in and stir it! Chocolate shakes are great, vanilla if done right and some of the others too to give it a flavour..
Mmmm nice!

Not long to go and your first goal is achieved! Look at my signature, I was very wary of day one! Lol..

Ask for hot water if you like hot chocolate? Vanilla is nice on its own as well..

Day 2!

So far:

Brunch: pack of 'chilli' with 50g of mushrooms
Snack: milk caramel shake
Dinner: spicy spaghetti (150g of mushrooms!)
Snack: chocolate shake made into a pudding.

Have already had 3l of water today! I am SO hungry!

Also, last night was awful! I was shivering all night and hardly slept at all :( went to bed at 11 and couldn't sleep had a constant headache! Hoping this goes soon!!!!

Changed my mind and swapped my shake for a chocolate (coconut) bar omnomnom

Thanks beauts! Been sick tonight :-( I doubled ups shake (didn't have time to have my other pack!) so maybe it was that! Yuck!

In bed now for (another) early night to stop me eating!!! xx

Hi everyone ! Day 3!!!

Well... I feel better but only just! Didn't eat 'till 3 today and had two shakes made in to two puddings. Hope this is okay.. Says to use two tea spoons of the mix with one shake but used two in the two packs so should be okay.

So have saved a meal (going to have it with stir fry, mushrooms (200g) and chicken! (100g) and a bar (mmmm milk choc truffa) for later.

I am telling you this is TOUGH today! I think the reason it is taking me so long/so difficult to get into ketosis is probably due to how badly I ate last week! So wish I'd low carbed/watered it up!!!!

Oh well, that's a lesson learnt! Gotta keep on going :) not going to weigh myself until Thursday anyway (when I get weighed at SW) so we will see! Promised myself I'd give it a full week anyway... So that I will!



P.s preparing the Olympic party we're having tonight...made a conscious effort to buy lots of yummy treats that I don't like! Hahahah! And almost everything will have nuts in it so couldn't cheat if I wanted to! :)

You are doing great! So sorry you weren't well, and glad you are feeling better now.
Just keep taking the water, and a tablet if you feel bad.

Weighed myself this morning and I am only down.... One pound! What a joke >.>

Yrs, the more you stick to it without peeking the better it is.. Just be determined that you are going to beat it and not the other way arround!
Scales and inches lost are not always in the same week!

Glugging it down! Although yesterday had way more coke zero than allowed... Hope this hasn't effected anything! Oops!

Well. I'm tryin not to dwell on my small loss and will just wait until my week weight in on Thursday!

On another note.. While everyone else in my house is eating a brunch I move definitely found my favourite pack - spicy spaghetti!
How on earth do they fit so much pasta in?

Does anyone know how to make those biscuits btw? Sure I read it somewhere but can't seem to find it! Shall go search!

I'm enjoying watching The Olympics, especially the swimming! (I used to swim competitively at school - obviously not any more! Yuck!) and have always wanted to get back into it!!

I've decided I'm going to give Zumba a try on Monday... I don't want to do anything majo calorie burning since I'm not eating that many... But definitely Zumba and a swim :) so looking forward to that ... Feel like I haven't done any proper exercise in ages!

Also wanted to add - My Mum told me last night that she's booked a holiday! A cruise! 'Ancient wonders' around Turkey/Istanbul/Athens etc.

Excited.... Although.... It's in 8 weeks time!
