1st day back on and its been so hard ........extra packs to help?

so i am back on it today and have my head completely focused on doing this now but i have had such bad hunger pains today that i had a extra pack and also had my veg so i had the chilli meal n popped it in a green pepper does any1 know if this will have a huge effect on me going into ketosis? will it delay me much?
 
I wouldn't think so. But remember you have to get everything else out of your system aswell iyswim?

having the extra pack and your veg is better than going completely off track so don't worry about it.

if the hunger is still after you I would drink as much water as possible, have a coke zero and have a lovely warm bath and an early night.

it is remembering those early days of getting into ketosis that keep me on track so you have my sympathies x
 
I am bk on day two but don't feel any different after a planned one day break after twelve weeks. I did go to sleep earlier as I thought hmm that lemon bar was yummy I'd like more out of greed more than hunger so I napped :)
