1st day back

Had my well deserved break on the diet and 1st day back,so far so good, but struggling with the water this time.

Shake 11.30
Chicken salad 1.30ish
Bar - 3.30pm
Cottage pie- 6pm

Omg what If I get hungry now? Water am guessing?

Day 1 nearly over! Early night and onto day 2. Come on you can do this and reach your goal weight!
 
Water, coffee, latte, coke zero! Huge bowl of veggies

Thank you so much this is exactly why I joined the forum need you guys to spur me on. I have been reading ur posts since end of march this year but never had the courage to come on the forum. Well I am on it now and so pleased to be part of the group that I have been reading about for so long! Bit of headache coming now, but will try and have some water.
