Ive managed day 1, I was starving but I've stuck to it I even went for a walk with dh and dd in the evening my legs really ache today. At least it took my mind off food for a bit! I'm going to try to keep busy today to keep my mind off it. Now for a shake.

Well done Claire... just get through two more days and you should be entering ketosis and it will get much better... just a few days of relative hard work/hunger pains is definitely worth it. Take it easy and good luck for today, you can do it!

Day 1 has to be the hardest of the first week, so well done for getting through it!!
