1st Week - Minus 13 lbs!!!!

    Hello everyone.
    As i announced in teams section, i have start the Cambridge diet and this is the first week.
    I have lost already 13lbs and hope the next week to get same results!!
    I feel just great!! i am very happy!!!!

    Is time to shrink the fat!! :):)
