1st week

Ive been 100% all week and Im down - 8lbs, 3.8% body fat and 3 BMI points. Im rather pleased with that. It was a steady 1lb a day(almost- I don't have 8 days in my week). Im aiming for 4-6lb in the coming week. Sticking at it 100%. Walking an hour a day and planning on swimming tomorrow.
 
Excellent loses on your first week!

Based on my previous expriences and weight loss, I would suggest that you try to avoid weighing daily. Your weight can fluctuate and it's easy to get disheartened and lose focus if you don't lose any weight. I'd also recommend, keeping a record of your measurements, as well as trying on clothes that didn't quite fit before. That way you don't just rely on the weight loss, as you change size/shape and it can help you keep your focus and stay mentally strong.

That being said, you have have a great loss for your first week, how did you get on for your week 2 weigh in?
