    Hey everyone,

    Just wanted to share my 1st loss with you all,i lost a whopping 14lbs:D:D:D.I`m over the moon to say the least as im currently doing this alone for the 1st few weeks,and not seeing my cdc till 1st monday of may.

    Originally i had started on a monday but had a little slip up so now my weigh ins are on a wednesday.

    I cant wait till next weigh day i know it will be so much lower than this week but even a pound i`ll be happy with.

    Im off to do a school run now,
