1st WI on refeed

Hi All
Had my weekly WI this morning and i have lost another 3lb :D:D:D:D:D cannot believe it. Got my maintenance shakes summer fruits and caramel bar which i have just had and its lush.
Going out tomorrow night to a big party, will be having the odd vodka and diet coke and maybe some buffet.

Hi All
Had a fantastic night out, had a few red wines and vodka and diet coke, 2 chicken legs with no skin it was fab.
Woke up with banging head though, dont miss these hangovers lol !!!!!!

This might seem a little weird but need to try and stick to my weight, cannot afford to loose any more really, even my bum hurts when i sit down sometimes as i can feel my bones lol.
Dont no how thin these super models must be as im 5foot 10 now 10 stone10 and my ribs are sticking out.
Im eating all my meals just not rubbish that i used to eat.
Well we will see this week

Thanks jan ive been reading your blog got a lot of tips from your menus. Loving the granola with fruit.
Hubby still on the shakes but when hes drinking them i want them lol xxxx
Like the summer fruits shakes.

Couldnt you start to introduce one snack a day that has a few more carbs or sugar or something, just to try and maintain, to avoid you losing any more?

i didnt need any snacks this week , not stopped munching lol. Its my star week and im ssssooooo hungry all the time, im ok until i start eating then i just cannot stop lol. Its only fruit and salad but its not good. Hope i feel better tomorrow xxxxx
