    1st wi over, thought id lost about 6lb so was over the moon when the scales said id lost 9 :D:Dwhoop whoop. i know its the 1st wk so its bound to be higher but with loses of 3ib a wk id be happy. it had spured to carry on this wk.:)

    Thanks to every1 advice over the last few days without it i might not be 9lb down.:family2:
