Well, I tried these out yesterday and got the aches today, which I welcomed -these muscles need it! I plan to add these into my home workout routine now. See yous!

hey that looks good need more exercise as weight loss slowed significantly last few weeks

This is cool - it is traditionally done with kettle bells as well... the way Kettle Bells are shaped really help with these exercises.
