This is a second two week challenge for those of us who have already done the first, and a chance for anyone else to join us! Think a lot of us found having the challenge and the accountability to one another a real motivator, so we've agreed another challenge would be great.
Once we've updated our weights in the other thread, I suggest we synchronise start weights here and hope for another great fortnight of 100% days.

Ideally I would love to achieve 7lbs off over the two weeks. I've managed to follow the plan 100% so far, so if I can keep on track
I think half a stone is totally do-able.
