    Diet:
    CAMBRIDGE
    .... to feel good about or look forward to........

    buy nice clothes
    wear clothes in wardrobe that are too small
    go on night's out
    sleep at night
    not sweat
    go swimming with kids, or just go swimming
    stop feeling angry
    clear out wardrobe of fat clothes
    smaller boobs
    stop feeling sad
    stop resenting thin people
    bikini's - even the word is delicious
    nice underwear & reasonable prices
    stop feeling guilty
    exercise & enjoy it
    make my family prouder than eva
    go to a theme park & not get squashed
    wake up and not worry what to wear
    forget the fat past
    start looking forward & planning a future.........

    excellent tinkle! have to agree with most of them, esp the theme park one. was at blackpool pleasure beach at the weekend and was delighted to find that i was jiggling around inside the seats as i was too small for them!!
