Well 6 lbs since you last went to SW is quite good! That will easily drop off!

Your food diary looks good! I think I need more variety in mine! But I'm scared if I start eating different things I won't lose like this week. Silly I know!

I wasn't very good yesterday, never am on Fridays; the day after weigh in! But I'm back on it today!

Hey girls, Kj - well done on your 4lbs! And I agree Sazzler - with diaries as good as that, the 6lb will be off in no time at all!

Defo try and mix things up KJ, your body will get too complacent if you eat the same things. I try to have diff b.fasts, lunch and dinner every day to keep it fresh and then I also wont get bored.

Just did a Jillian Michaels DVD (the trainer from the biggest loser) and good lord - it was tough!!! No pain no gain and all that!

Ive got the 'banish fat - boost metabolism' one and have just bought 'last chance workout' which I think is the new one and I can feel it today! It has the BL contestants on the DVD assisting Jillian and they can do things I cant!! Time to improve me thinks...
 
Hello Ladies, sorry for the absence, been working all hours this weekend.

On the whole I've good over the weekend, the worst being when I went out for dinner and had chicken fajitas. Lots of veg so cant be too bad, there was soured cream and cheese however id say a spoonful of each. Wish i hadnt bothered though as it wasnt very nice and didnt even finish it!

Today:
B: Mullerlight, banana, coffee.
L: went to baguette express, the guy talked me into a baguette when i was wanting a salad box. my willpower is awful. so had roast chicken and lettuce/cucumber with no sauce in the baguette. best i could do. not sure of the syns!!
D: Chilli con carne and rice.

Drinks: tea, diluting juice, diet coke.

as im unsure of the syns in my baguette i didnt use any other syns today.

Did a bad thing though! I was feeling less bloated today and generally just a little lighter, so stepped on the scales. appear to have gained 1lb? eh? shouldnt have done it!! not doing it again until class on thurs.

Also went a little 12 min jog on friday!

need to get the just dance on the wii back on i think, how u ladies getting on with ur dvd's??

Well today:

B: got up late, branflakes HEXB, Semi skimmed milk (from HEA)-measured out and keep in fridge, use rest for cups of tea/coffee. Banana
L: need to go have a rummage!
D: Chicken & Leek pie from EE cookbook: Free

Snacks: Melon, Mullerlight
Drinks: Water, Diluting juice, Tea, Coffee.

I feel like I'm eating a good variety of dinners but not breakfasts and lunches, need some inspiration, think I might look in my books tomorrow!

Aw I wish I had a wii, although I'd quite like to get one of those kinect things, they look good.
Haven't been doing any DVDs, need to! Although I have been walking alot more!

why not have a gander at the pictures of recipes on here? That inspires me (when I have time to make them!) I really want to try the KFC chicken soon!!

Well today's Diary:

B: up late again so just banana, melon & natural FF yogh
L: wholemeal toast HEXB, baked beans, mushrooms, 14g low fat chs = 2 syns
D: More of the chicken & leek pie from yesterday.

Snacks: my mother made some of the chewey choc chip cookies yest for me, theyre 4 syns each, might have one, or 2!
Also still need to use up my HEXA, might have a milky coffee later.

Drinks: Pint of diluting juice, tea, coffee, water, diet pepsi

I havent done another DVD but did double dose gym classes mon eve (body balance and spin) and i still feel it in my legs!!

I defo want to try the KFC chicken soon. Let us know how you get on!
 
Well today was WI day, and Im happy to report a loss of 3.5lbs! Need to update the ticker :)

Today:
B: banana, toffee mullerlight, coffee
L: Pasta with tomato and basil sauce
D: Boiled rice and chick & Mushroom from chinese: 5.5 syns

Drinks: Skinny late from starbucks (HEA), Tea, Diet pepsi.
Snacks: Chock SW cookies x1: 4 syns

Total syns: 9 (after having a chinese, can u believe that!)

Plan on a few drinks 2moro night so I'm actually going to syn them for the first time in my puff, going to be planned before I go to the pub!

I was abit disappointed this week, only lost a pound and I'm not sure why! Oh well!

Friday:
B: porridge (HEB), mullerlight, banana
L: Melon, mullerlight
D: KFC style SW chicken, SW chips, beans

Syns: Went to the pub had 4 rose wines, = 24 syns.
(15 for friday, 6 left from thurs, will take at least 3 off for saturday!)

I resisted crisps, and a kebab after the pub, quite impressed with myself!
 
Saturday:

B: (stayed at a mates) wholemeal bread (HEXB), poached eggs, beans, grilled bacon
L: didn't have any cos i had brekkie so late, then fell asleep :) hehe
D: Takeaway night at work so half of a chinese chick & mushroom, boiled rice: 5.5 syns
Snacks: Activia FF snack pot.
Drinks: diet coke, pepsi max, diluting juice.

Syns total: 5.5
 
Sunday:

B: (up late again!) banana, toffee mullerlight
L: fancy a frittata, but dont have all ingredients, so prob toast & beans, with extra's added in like mushrooms & half HEA in light cheese
D: SW cottage pie, side of veggies

Drinks: Water, tea, diluting juice (other half HEA in s/skim milk)
Snacks: If needed, pineapple/melon
 
Monday:

B: Activia FF yogh, hifi bar (HEXB)
L: baked potato, beans, banana, FF mullerlight
D: went to frankie & benny's. I have no idea on the syns but went for the pasta arrabiatta. it is a tomoto based sauce with chicken, so I can only hope there wasnt too much oil in it.

Felt a little guilty for eating out, however I enjoy going out to dinner to socialise, therefore picked the most filling yet still healthy thing that I fancied. Didnt have a dessert either just a coffee, so not me! But im in this for the long haul so I'm quite proud of what I picked for my dinner in the end up.

Feeling quite bloated today, dont think ive drunk enough water so gonna see what I can manage before bedtime. maybe some peppermint tea too.

Also had to get antibiotics from docs today, I hope this doesn't mess things up :(
 
Tuesday:

B: Fat free activia
L: wholemeal toast (HEXB) baked beans, mushrooms
Snack: Mullerlight, banana
D: Turkey curry, I didn't make it but i'm assured there's no cream or oil in it.

Drinks: 1 pint water, Tea, pepsi max (need to drink more!)
 
Well done for picking a great meal when you went to F&B's! I'm rubbish at that, I always think 'oh sod it I'm eating out, I may aswell be bad!' then regret it afterwards!

Good luck for tomorrow, I don't think ive lost any & I have no idea why! Well il find out tomorrow! :/

I was at the Doc's today and got weighed, if those scales are right im the same as last thurs. will wait to see what happens 2moro.

Today:

D: Quorn sausages, mash (sweet potato and regular), onions
