2014 - A year to change my life!

Hiya I tend to enjoy using the cross trainer, treadmill( not that good with running on it that's my aim this year) for up hill walking & bike. I also enjoy classes too x to be honest just getting back into the swing of it x
 
I llove the gym, well classes. I've just had a lovely tea. X

I really enjoyed mine 2nite as well! Was so tasty :) feels strange cooking my own meals coz my man is usually the chef in our house lol x
 
Hiya Vadey Body attack,Step attack, body balance although I do have to be careful due to a cervical injury last year so have to take things at my own pace esp with body attack etc... Spin RPM not sure about that really tried it once or twice it's hard work lol. How about you? What classes do you go to. Where I've just returned to gym I'm just getting back into the swing of it.

All the les mills ones then!! I'm attack, combat, metafit and grit. Love it!! Noticed a huge change in my shape x
 
Oh no that's not the case in ours. Where abouts do you live? I'm in Yorkshire x

I usually jst leave Jamie 2 it but we're fighting over the kitchen now lol I stay in Glasgow x
 
I done metafit last thur after abt 2/3 months break.....i was in agony lol x

Breakfast - pineapple (S) (SF) muller light (F)

Lunch - lean roast beef (F) 5 small roast potatoes (2SYNS FOR OIL) gravy (2 SYNS) mixed veg (SF) grapes (SF) 2 clementines (SF)

Dinner - SW quiche (0.5SYN)....amazing! :) side salad (SF) cottage cheese (F) 40g low fat cheddar (HEXA)

Snacks - orange (SF) apple (SF) Special K chewy bar (HEXB)

3 litres water
1 green tea

TOTAL SYNS USED : 4.5
TOTAL SYNS LEFT: 56.5

Dinner - SW mac n cheese (6SYNS) as already used my HEXA, side salad & beetroot (SF) (S)

Snack - Special K chewy bar (HEXB) options hot choc (1.5SYNS) 12.5g anchor cream (1SYN)

2.5 litre water
1 green tea

Mmmmm that sounds gd! My mac n cheese didn't go 2 well think it may have curdled! Raging lol x
