My body was also masking time of the month it would appear so that explains the weight as well. It is here now so hopefully by official weigh in normality will resume.

Sorry for the silence, been plodding on. Having a bit of a plateau just now so tryibg not to get disheartened. Focusing on non scale stuff like clothes fitting better and fitness improving. Eating was a bit slack last week and I missed weigh in last night but I am back on it. My house scales say I stayed the same so that's better than a gain. Work has been getting me down but that seems to be resolved so I'm hoping that sorts out my mindset.
This is a pretty negative post - normality will resume soon.

I am back... After a 5 week jaunt of focusing on other stuff and a week in Turkey.
I have lost another 5lbs now so I am now 17st 3. This is new territory for me.
My big news is I have decided to jack in WW and use MFP again. I can't justify paying the money to get weighed when I have the tools to do it myself. I am going to keep my weigh in day a Tuesday though as its kind of embedded.
Great to see you back Laura Well done for breaking into unchartered territory! I'm sure you'll so fine using MFP etc because now you know the ropes and feel confident. If only these things were free! How was Turkey? I'm mega jealous of you, the weather has been pants.
We were in Olu Deniz. It was lovely, nice chilled out week which is what was required! We did a couple of boat trips and generally lazed about and celebrated our 1 year anniversary!
Very proud that I managed to keep losing weight. It really shows that the habits have engrained in my head.
Good to see how everyone else is doing. Going to do some diary stalking/catch ups.
