Hey all, new here and about to start my 2015 challenge.
I've yoyo dieted all my life and I now realise that changing my lifestyle is the only way I'll change the way I look. There's no quick fixes.
So about me, I'm 37 5 ft 8 and currently too scared to step on scales. I think I was 13 stone 5 before Christmas and believe me I've not scrimped on anything this year so I expect I've added at least half a stone. I have an under active thyroid too so find I can put on weight just thinking about food which I do all day every day haha.
I love food of all descriptions and have a big issue with portion control so need to get that under control to help shrink the belly. I'm going back to slimming world as well as the gym that I pay for but don't use. I ideally want to lose 2 stone but more importantly I want to get fit.
So I hope to find some inspiration here and I'm sure there's loads as well as support.
