My addition to October 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1350 km this month.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 50 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 40 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watts.

I'm planning to go swimming 3 times a week and to try to get 7500 steps a day on weekdays. I don't tend to go anywhere at weekends as I don't have a car and taking 2 children anywhere is a nightmare LOL) I'm keeping my steps on the low side as I have fibromylagia and some days are harder than others to get moving.

Just do what you can and take it easy.
A bit like a slow race for you it's better to take in to account your health and plan accordingly.

Back to the grind today regarding exercise after having a rest day yesterday.

Today I didn't feel like going to the gym but I did anyway

Did 2 exercise machines for my legs, 10 mins on the exercise bike and 30 mins swimming.
Managed 8995 steps and will add a few more pottering around the house.

I’m currently 4 months pregnant so not looking to really exercise as my pregnancy is high risk, but I am trying to walk 10k steps everyday x x
Thanks. It's been a bit of a battle over the last couple of years to get down to my weight which fluctuates between 195-200 lbs at the moment.
