Day 12 I'm feeling really weak today :(
Totm tomorrow & I just can't stop thinking about my fav take away.. It's making me really sad & down.. Some days are so easy but days like today are unbearable .. Short of going to bed at 3.30 in the day.. I don't know what else to do :(

Paint your nails, read a mag, tidy out a drawer, go for a long hot bubblebath. Think how good you will feel tomorrow when you havnt caved. You CAN do this. Think of thinness and you won't want to blow it. Good luck!!

I second what Pamdev says, browse the internest for dresses you will look brilliant in, print them out, list all the reasons why you want to loose weight, write them down on something you can keep with you whenever you feel like you want to give in....concentrate on just getting through today, soon enough you will be another day down and another day closer to your goal x

find some pictures of you when you were at your best weight,I have hung an outfit up that I hope to be wearing soon(fingers crossed),i am trying to get courage to stick a picture of me as I am now on the fridge!!!!!,one hour at a time love ..

Thanks all for your suggestions.. I went to bed at 8pm couldn't take anymore.. Feeling much better today & iv a loss on the scales too.. 14.10 1/2 so very pleased with that...:) my god the bad days for me are bloody hard!! Hope I don't get too many more...
I have a vision of me fixed in my mind.. Was literally a mm away from giving up & suddenly I saw the light.
Thank you all for such great support.. I will not let it beat me ..

i have TOTM this morning and i feel crap! im very irregular so its my 1st one while being on LT. all i want to do is curl up and sleep! however im a trainee teacher and have to go to a boring pointless lecture :( hope your feeling better today, and i always think to myself 'i will be slim' too lol. i also have a picture on my fridge of when i was thin to stop me from cheating. xx

Hi lucinda.. Funny you mention that.. Iv become very irregular last couple of months .. Just had a smear 3 weeks ago.. I was due on last Saturday but still nothing yet? Wonder is it due to change in diet? I haven't lost anything since past 4 days.. Starting to become constipated also..

Did the trick.. Also got (totm) this morning 5 days late.. Now hopefully I will see those scales going down.. Please god.. 65 euros a week ain't cheap!! ;)

Hi all~ serious newbie here...could someone please tell me what "TOTM" means? I've seen it in a few different posts now and for the life of me I cannot figure it out???
Happy to see you stayed focused and didn't cave. The one thing that helps me - cliche as it it - "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels"...

Time of the month, Stinkerbelle! Usually your weight loss is a bit less that week due to water retention :(
