I have worked out that if I lose a stone a month for three months I will reach target... 252 shakes... I did really well before Christmas then have been doing half arsed attempts since then... Am going to record exactly what I have had each day, everyday... Hopefully knowing ill be doing this honestly each day will help keep me on track! I was 14.10 at my heaviest... 14.3 when I started cambridge and am down to 12.10.5... My target is to get to 9.10... Today I am starting fresh 100%
