26lbs in 4 weeks

    I'm so happy have just been for my 4th weigh in and have lost another 5 lbs which is 26 lbs in total.I went back to work yesterday and people actually noticed id lost weight.
    I love this diet.

    WOW that's such a great inspiration to me - I can't wait to see the pounds come flying off !! Lost 6lb in my 1st week - so here's hoping for it being the start of a lot more!!
