Hi I am Male and to be honest I havent done any exercise at all, I'm a Chef so I'm on my feet all day and on my day's off I work in my Bakery/ Sandwich shop so I'm on the go 10 hrs a day 7 days a week. And what suprises me I do nibble the odd bit of food so this loss has suprised me. but when I do nibble it tends only to be protein.
Had one blow out week 3 or 4 I think it was, steak pudding chips and mushy peas, it was bloody fantastic
