I was walking my black lab today, god love her cotton socks, and I walked past a chip shop. Omg I could smell chips and curry sauce before I even got round the corner. It smelt soooooooooooooooooooooooo good:sigh:

I feel your pain, I work underneath a hotel which sends down spare breakfast each morning! It is torture to see all my colleuges nibbling on crispy bacon rolls and other breakfast goodies but just think .. YES it may smell delicous but just think how delicious you will be when you feel great and look great and are oozing confidence when you are down to your goal weight!!

I walk my puppy 3 times a day & we always walk past an indian take away and a chippy, luckily i never get tempted anymore! But smells are so good.
