Every shake i have taken so far in the past 2 days, i have found absolutely revolting!
I can't drink them at all and have managed to get through only half if not less of each of them all and chucked them away!
I have tried different ways to make them tasier, and it honestly isn't working! I am at a point now where i am aboslutely starving. I am preparing, feeding and checking weather his food is hot or cold on the end of my tounge, and i am cracking!
The results at the end, i know will be worth it, but i can't carry on this hungry. .
    What can i do?
Im on the CD SS & i am suppose to do it for another 12 weeks.

What flavours are you having ?
Have you tried the shakes hot ?
    What about Soups ?

There are lots of ways of making them more tolerable such as adding ice, adding more water - I always add 400mls to mine..... adding some black pepper to soup etc...

You need to have all of your shakes as that is the only way you can be assured of getting all your nutrients and vitamins that you would normally get from food.

But to be honest, I don't think they taste that bad - I have the chocolate shakes and a variety of soups and they are ok - I agree that they are not Gourmet meals but then again it is a diet after all.

I think you need to stick with it, dont give in and get on here for support and ideas..

I feel sorry for you, really I do. I love all the shakes, the soups aren't too bad (some of them) and the tetra's are ok. I can imagine this diet is a nightmare if you don't enjoy what you 'eat'.

Please persevere and try the different flavours and ways to have them. Something has to be suitable, its just trail and error. Good luck x
