..i haven't felt dizzy or hungry or anything so far.

What is the significance of 3 days?

I thought I would be grumpy and last time I did it I was cold but I don't seem to be - I suppose I have been busying myself with work so not noticing it so much....!

I do boredom eat - thing is I am busy till the end of May so I should find this quite easy!

May I just say, not everyone suffers the first few days on VLCD.
I have been on many before and never have any I'll effects, infact, quite the opposite, I usually feel really well almost straight away.
I know I am lucky as many do feel terrible ....maybe you will be lucky also, let's hope so!

Three days is when you burn off your carb store & go into ketosis I think but mine was more like 5 days.

Good luck, I hope it stays easy for you! :)

Yeah - I was told it might be 5 days.

I feel more awake now than I have in the last few days.

I assume thats because befor I started this I was eating ridiculous amounts of carbs (carb hangovers)

I hope this stays the same.

I see here that people have a 13 day lul....eek!

I am so determined - I have such an important event in July I just want to make sure I lose enough to feel happy - even though it won't be the end of my journey!

I also felt great from day 1 which I didn't expect. Does anyone else find that they spring out of bed in the morning? This is coming from a previous serial snooze button-er too!
