2nd Day In.. Sugar Coated Painkillers

Hey guys so yea im on my 2nd day on CB and im feeling ok but a little week. Its currently that time of the month for me and im suffering from real bad pains and cramps and were wondering if it would be ok to take a pain killer, the pain killers we have are bloody sugar coated do you think these will be ok take.. Stupid i know but thought id ask you guys

Dont worry about taking them the amount of sugar on them will be tiny, if you can just for future try get some that arent sugar coated but dont worry wont effect you ive taken them all through my 1st week and didnt stop me from losing 10.5lbs
