Hi Honey, funnily enough I have just started a new thread asking the same thing!! I only lost 2 pounds last week, and it looks like it will be the same this week! Its disheartening, especially when you stick to it 100% and everyone else is doing so well.....

Could be due to the exercise you know, it affects some people's losses and not others

Not getting enough carbs to exercise for a prolonged period of time so the body thinks it's going to starve and clings on to as much fat as it can for as long as possible.

thanks for the replies, will knock the exercise on the head for a week and up my water and see how i get on next week, good luck yummymummy let me know how you get on with your next weigh in. xx
