It's going in the right direction so keep going. I'm supposed to be SSing, but I'm not. On my 3rd & 4th day, I had an extra shake. From then on I have had either some chicken or I have put some mushrooms in my soup. Also, I hate the bricks, so when I go into work, I have a bottle of ready made slimfast. So, not sticking to it completely but it seems to be working for me and I reckon if I didn't cheat in this small way, I would give up altogether. No bacon sarnies though!!
