    Hey peeps, just thought I'd let you all know how I got on today. Only lost 1lb but I have eaten something past 2 nights so completely own fault! Lost some inches tho as you can see below. Better week next week! Hope you're all doing well today.

    Thanx pal, not feeling down about it cos it's my own doing jsut disappointed in myself really, not going to anymore social events so all should be well :D

    AND, on a bright note, I figure that if I lose 3 lbs each week for next 3 weeks I'll make my November challenge so all is not lost and if I stick with it theres no reason why I can't do that!

    We sure can reach target! And like I said November challenge isn't impossible either, so not all bad :D How's your day so far?

    Hi Nessie - a 1lb is still a 1lb!!

    I have pigged out for the last 2 days and I have my weigh in later....I am dreading it, but that is my fault and I have to face the music!!

    In my defence I have been really ill over the weekend and I had the day off work yesterday!!
    Onwards and downwards anyway!!!

    It's going in the right direction so keep going. I'm supposed to be SSing, but I'm not. On my 3rd & 4th day, I had an extra shake. From then on I have had either some chicken or I have put some mushrooms in my soup. Also, I hate the bricks, so when I go into work, I have a bottle of ready made slimfast. So, not sticking to it completely but it seems to be working for me and I reckon if I didn't cheat in this small way, I would give up altogether. No bacon sarnies though!!
