I am jsut starting week 2 also, after losing 15 lbs in first week.
Whats your routine with shakes? I have found having my first shake a bit later in the day and starting my day with a mint tea works. Drinking coffee during the day too. I have my first shake at 11 then about 2.30 for lunch and last one at about 7.30. I have one of each flavour daily. Its working for me so far. But I know its hard... jsut keep reminding myself I am NOT hungry!
