    Neither of my weigh ins have been great.
    Week 1 was 3lbs and week 2 4lbs. I am feeling okay about it though, I had a coil fitted the same day as I started the diet and my CDC reckons my hormones are all over the place (damn things). also my weight fluctuates by nearly 4lbs during the day so in the mornings I am alot lighter.
    focus for me is on the big picture! Keep going, keep smiling, one day at a time.

    7lbs in two weeks is fab! As for the coil .... I dont have it now but when I got mine put in it took a little while to settle down so you could find your self a bit messed up over it too.
