    and I lost 5lbs!!

    I'm so happy as I didn't feel as though I had lost anything this week. I'm just 1lb off a stone :wee:
    and as if that wasn't enough I now have bars and mix-a-mousse :woohoo:

    I feel on top of the world at the moment! Am spending the day cooking food for a picnic tomorrow so will need every bit of motivation I can muster up to avoid picking!
