3 bad days

    I have had a cold since thursday and not been able to taste anything at all . So have had a curry and too much bread with jam on just needed something sweet to get abit of taste trouble is i am feeling a bit sorry now i dont know weather to start afresh tomorrow or to try and be sin free for the rest of my week .Any advice please.?

    If it were me, I would draw the line under what has happened, and go back to plan tomorrow as if it hadn't happened, although I would probably be careful of the syns I used for the rest of the week. I don't think I would try for no syns, just keep it towards the lower end of the scale. For whatever reason, most people fall off the wagon occasionally, all you need to remember is to jump back on again and regain your focus. A couple of days of being naughty, isn't going to damage your progress long-term, it's just a blip!

    Try to get back onto the plan asap and try not to worry about what you've done - everyone has off days and being ill is a good reason why!
