3 days with no cheating :)

I seem to be getting my head a bit straighter and have had 3 days with no cheat and the the other days were only a muller lite ..... I am reading the book by Gillian Riley called Eating less .. and its brilliant .. all makes sense and is a whole new way of thinking .. I would recommend to anyone struggling :)
