3 Positives for today...

1. I met an old colleague when I was out shopping. I had walked past where she was standing and she shouted 'Jenna' (I turned round) and she said 'I thought that was you you skinny wee thing'
2. I bought new clothes (this is ALWAYS good)
3. I got my beastly eyebrows waxed.

-Made a mayflower chicken curry for tea
-Just chilling this evening in front of the tv in my onsie

Finished baby shopping

Had an afternoon nap (much needed!!)

Bought birthday presents in advance for once!! 3 for nieces and nephews which are coming up over the next 5 weeks

Finally home from hospital

Lost 19lbs since having my baby boy on the 12th

Can finally touch my toes again lol

- McDonald's drive thru and only ordered a bottle of water!
- resisted my friends birthday cake!
- felt great (weight wise) seeing people I've not seen for a while

Have eaten some super yummy foods and ordering a pizza tonight!!

I've no idea lol.... Something clicked a few weeks ago and I have to knuckle down and mix things up a bit, and resist naughtiness! Xxx

1. I'm off work (I don't even feel a 2 and 3 are necessary at this point lol).
2. I'm meeting friends for lunch (trusty baked potato).
3. The parents are going away for 4 days making me Queen of the castle
4. A new dress is arriving in the post

God I'm sickeningly positive today.

1 - completed a full 100% week
2 - lost 4 lbs
3 - although I have felt starving today so far I've not fallen for toast which is what I would normally do (3 slices with marg!) but I'm planning on having WM toast with SW fried egg and mushrooms for my tea yummy green day food!! Xx

1. It's Christmas eve! <3
2. Feeling motivated to get straight back on it after Christmas
3. My iron levels are finally back to normal after a 8 week course of iron tablets

1. I've had 2 days back on plan
2. Done loads of housework including cleaning the windows
3. Walked almost 2 miles with the dog this morning who has been in a grump with me all afternoon as we got caught out in the rain! when I sat down he turned his back on me lol x

1. 3rd day back on plan, already feeling better
2. Me and hubby had a lovely hour in the pub while Little one was at nursery
3. I have prepared soup and ragu for the weekend

2: Had a lovely catch up with a friend this afternoon
3: The kids have been playing together for 3 hours and haven't argued once!
